LEVANDE OATLANDS | FROM THE GROUND UP 🏗️
Post-tensioning is underway at Levande Oatlands, a new retirement community being built within the grounds of Oatlands Golf Club in Sydney's north-west.
We're proud to be delivering the PT package for our clients Binah and developer Levande. When it's finished, the site will have 122 retirement apartments across four buildings, 13 townhouses, a new golf clubhouse, and shared health and wellbeing spaces.
Our crew has been working through the basement slabs one pour at a time, from the first coils of strand on deck through to pour day and stressing. All of it is happening on a live site, with the golf club still open and operating next door.
Thanks to the Binah site team for the coordination so far. More to come as the structure rises. 💪

Paramount on Parkes, Parramatta | ALAND

The TRD Group is proud to have completed the post-tensioning supply and installation package for Paramount on Parkes, a 47-storey residential tower developed and built by ALAND.

Our scope covered every post-tensioned slab from the ground floor to Level 47. We'd like to thank the ALAND team for their continued partnership and congratulate everyone who helped deliver this landmark for Parramatta.
